Raisio’s ten-person IT management has been systematically building the management and security of the Microsoft 365 environment together with Above IT’s experts. The collaboration is based on a model where Raisio’s own competent IT team receives necessary targeted support and sparring from a partner who knows the customer’s operating environment.

Common direction and roadmap for development
The collaboration began with a survey of cloud services security and development. The jointly prepared and regularly updated roadmap covers, among other things, identity management, endpoint, data and communication security as well as data protection. The goal is continuous improvement and utilization of Microsoft’s Security Baseline recommendations.

Towards NIS2 requirements and ISO 27001 certification
The collaboration also supports the future – Raisio is preparing for NIS2 requirements through ISO 27001 information security certification. Above IT supports the process, among other things, in defining information security practices and developing documentation.
