We operate responsibly in the areas of human rights, fundamental labor principles, environmental protection, and anti-corruption. We have decided to apply for membership in the UN Global Compact network during 2026 and are committed to advancing its ten principles as part of our daily operations.

We maintain a safe and pleasant working environment for everyone and offer equal opportunities regardless of background. We ensure the well-being of our staff and encourage skills development throughout their careers. Diversity and equality are fundamental values guiding our operations.
We build long-term and sustainable partnerships and prioritize the use of local and small and medium-sized suppliers. In all our operations, we comply with applicable legislation and good governance practices, and we continuously develop our operations in accordance with responsible business principles.
Our Environmental Goals
We are committed to the following environmental goals through practical actions:
- We work in a hybrid model favoring remote work and keep our energy consumption low. Our office energy is 100% carbon-free.
- We meet with our customers primarily via Teams, and our goal is to conduct over 90% of meetings remotely.
- We favor circular economy principles in equipment procurement and aim to make at least 50% of our own equipment purchases from the used equipment market by 2029.
We monitor the achievement of our goals at the strategic level in board work and update them annually.
