We are an IT management resource partner. For those of you who want to build a competence center within your own organization. We are a partner when you need a managed cloud service provider. We are at your service, how can we help?
Above IT Oy is an IT company founded in 2024, 100% owned by its employees. Although we are a relatively new player in the market, our employees have decades of extensive experience and expertise behind them.
Our group also includes Below IT Oy, which handles everyday IT services and ensures smooth operations for end users.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be the highest quality and most popular Microsoft partner for IT management in Finland by 2028. Our gaze is already strongly focused on Microsoft’s data centers arriving in Finland. We want to help our Customers in this transition.
Currently, we have the following Microsoft Solutions Partner statuses: Infrastructure (Azure), Security, and Data & AI.
Customer-Centricity
We operate transparently and honestly with our Customers, listening to needs and producing our services as we would for ourselves. We don't act short-sightedly with our partners' incentives in mind, but always think of our Customers' best interests, with our eyes on the horizon.
No One Left Behind
We support each other at work, so we don't leave a colleague in trouble. We challenge each other's thinking respectfully. We have internalized the mindset that diamonds don't shine – they reflect what happens in the work community and how much support one receives.
Passion for Work
Our joy is to learn new things and develop, so we're not afraid to take on challenges. To develop, we step outside our comfort zone. We invest in our staff's training and want to share our expertise both as partners and as colleagues.

Responsibility

Responsibility is an aspect that we deal with in everyday life and monitor in our own management team work.
In our own operations, we strive to use only principals who are open and have described their own responsibility-related processes. Our way of doing things is cloud services first, in a way that customer-centricity and information security never weaken. The accessibility of cloud services enables society to function more greenly.
As an employer, we understand that societal conditions, the challenges brought by knowledge work, and continuous development do not arise without humanity. The principle of not leaving anyone behind is born already in the recruitment situation. We want our staff to consist of responsible team players now and in the future. Of course, the realization of this is primarily the responsibility of management. Growth happens through the staff growing primarily professionally together.
